Tombo is the Hawaiian name for tropical Albacore Tuna. Tombo is firm, flavorful and an excellent source of healthy lean protein. We season with Togarashi, a Japanese chili pepper, and serve it with Forbidden Rice, Bok Choy, Glazed Radishes, Edamame Puree and Rice Wine Infused Soy. It’s our Entrée of the month and is delicious.
